Hakha, an Infield Agent (Spy)
The Colonial Intelligence Service is the ISA's more covert and subversive of their Intelligence services. This branch includes infield operatives and deep cover agents. Unlike their more violent counterparts, the Shadow Marshals, this branch focuses primarily on information gathering and political espionage rather than killing or sabotage. Infield agents are typically high ranking enemy officials and other such turncoats, who quietly feed the ISA with vital information, usually with their supposed allies never knowing better.
