The Black Hand Operative is one of two types of specialized insurgent that are available to the Black Hand. They conduct terrorist operations such as bombings and small scale attacks against innocent civilians. They also use infiltration projectors to disguise themselves.
Tactics[]
When cover is available or plentiful, they will hide behind it and take potshots. When it isn't, they will either stand out in the open and fire at you, or if lower ground is available, perhaps drop down out of your sight. They will often leave cover to stand in the open to fire at you, or even charge right at you.
Operatives are easy to dispatch and drop like flies, and so not a lot of thought is necessary to dispatch them. Either catch them out of cover, fire at them when they pop out, or quickly gun them down when they charge right at you.
